Request a Refund for a Purchase (Google Play)
Learn how to request a refund for a purchase made in the In-Game store via Google Play.
Request a refund directly from Google Play:
If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in‑app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play.
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture.
- Click Payments & subscriptions → Budget & Order History.
- Find the order you want refunded and click Report a problem.
- Select the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and mention that you'd like a refund.
- Click Submit.
Request a refund from a computer:
- Visit this URL (ensure you’re signed in with the correct Google account).
- Find the order you wish to refund and click on it.
- On the right side, click Request a Refund.
- Choose the reason for the refund.
Request a refund from OE Games:
- Visit the following URL: https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity
- This link will direct you to your Google Pay account's activity page.
- On the activity page, locate the specific transaction(s) associated with the incorrect purchase.
- Look for the TRANSACTION ID, which usually starts with "GPA..." followed by a unique alphanumeric code.
- Once you have identified the TRANSACTION ID(s) for the affected purchase(s), please send an email to support@oe-games.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- In the email, provide us with the TRANSACTION ID(s) and any additional details you believe are relevant.
- Our team will expedite the refund verification process and ensure that you are reimbursed accordingly.
Request a Refund for a Purchase (App Store – iOS)
Learn how to request a refund for a purchase made on the App Store or for in‑app purchases on iOS devices.
Request a refund from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Click or tap “I’d like to…”, then choose “Request a refund.”
- Select the purchase or subscription you want refunded, choose a reason, and click/tap Submit.
Apple typically reviews your request within 24–48 hours. You can check the status of your request anytime by returning to reportaproblem.apple.com and clicking “Check Status of Claims.”
Refunds are usually applied back to your original payment method, depending on how you paid:
- Apple ID balance: Up to 48 hours
- Mobile carrier billing: Up to 60 days
- Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Apple Cash: Could take up to 30 days to appear on your statement
