Request a Refund for a Purchase

Learn how to request a refund for a purchase made in the In-Game store.

Request a refund directly from Google Play:

If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase: You can request a refund through Google Play.

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. At the top right, click your Profile picture.
  3. Click Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & Order History.
  4. For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.
  5. Select the option that describes your situation.
  6. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
  7. Click Submit.

Request a refund from a computer:

  1. Visit this URL (ensure you are connected to the Google account used for the subscription).
  2. Find the order you wish to refund and click on it.
  3. On the right side, click the "Request a Refund".
  4. Choose the reason for the refund.

Request a refund from OE Games:

  1. Visit the following URL: https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity 
  2. This link will direct you to your Google Pay account's activity page.
  3. On the activity page, locate the specific transaction(s) associated with the incorrect purchase.
  4. Look for the TRANSACTION ID, which usually starts with "GPA..." followed by a unique alphanumeric code.
  5. Once you have identified the TRANSACTION ID(s) for the affected purchase(s), please send an email to oegamescontact@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  6. In the email, provide us with the TRANSACTION ID(s) and any additional details you believe are relevant.
  7. Our team will expedite the refund verification process and ensure that you are reimbursed accordingly.
