How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel the subscription, please follow the steps below.


From Your Phone:

For Apple's iPhone or iPad / App Store

  1. Open the settings app.
  2. Tap on your name at the top of the settings.
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription". You may need to scroll down to find the button. If theres no "Cancel Subscription" button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

For Android / Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play app (ensure you are connected to the Google account used for the subscription).
  2. Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Payments and subscriptions" from the menu, then choose "Subscriptions."
  4. Locate the "SMX Supermoto Vs Motocross" subscription, tap on it, and then select the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom.

From a Computer:

For Apple's iPhone or iPad / App Store

  1. Visit this URL.
  2. Follow the on screen instructions.

For Android / Google Play

  1. Visit this URL (ensure you are connected to the Google account used for the subscription).
  2. Locate the subscription you want to cancel, click "Manage" and then select "Cancel Subscription".
